PRIVACY & ANALYTICS
Public use, private research, and your choices
Google Analytics is optional and loads only after you agree. Refusing analytics does not limit the public website.
Public visitor measurement
If enabled and you consent, Google Analytics receives public page views and selected interactions, including section impressions, public navigation, language choices, source-link domains and coarse performance milestones. Google processes browser and network information, including device context and approximate geography. Reports are for the owner and authorized administrators, not public visitors.
Explicitly measured page URLs omit query strings and fragments. No form contents, passwords, emails, SQL, strategy content or private titles are sent. There is no session replay, Google signals, advertising personalization, user-ID collection or cross-domain personal identity stitching.
Private Research stays separate
Research, login, one-time setup, administrator areas and private content are excluded. Signed-in administrator views and identifiable internal checks are not treated as public visitor activity. Local research operational records are separate from Google Analytics.
Consent and retention
Your browser stores an analytics choice for up to 180 days. The site configures Analytics cookies with an expiry of up to 180 days without automatic extension. Use Analytics choices to withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops the site's measurement and clears accessible Analytics cookies, but does not erase already processed reports. Google Analytics account retention settings apply to stored data.
Necessary login, security, local research preferences and language storage remain independent of optional analytics. Initial language may be selected from a coarse IP-country lookup; that does not grant analytics consent.
Processing and questions
When Analytics is allowed, Google processes associated data under its service terms and may process it outside your country. This site does not copy individual visitor activity into its application database. Consent refusal and blockers leave gaps; an exit is only the last observed activity, not knowledge of why a visitor left.
